Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations received in writing before 03/09/2012 are eligible for a refund less 10% + VAT. Cancellations received in writing between 12/11/2012 and 19/11/2012 are eligible for a refund less 50% + VAT. Cancellations received in writing after 19/11/2012 are not eligible for any refund. Delegate substitution is available at no extra charge.
